Situational Team Leadership Program

The situational team leadership program includes eight half day modules starting with “giving instruction (SPRAT) principles 1 and 2.” The eight modules are split into four, one day training workshops over a period of two to three months. Scenario based practise is used to re-enforce understanding and challenge existing practices. The program of courses have been constantly refined over the years and are focused on achieving the following benefits.

Onsite training

We can deliver this team leadership program onsite at no additional cost. Training dates to be agreed. There will be a minimum of four and a maximum of twelve delegates required for the program. The situational leadership program is aimed at Senior Managers or the Company Executive. However, the course can be tailored to other management groups within the organisation so long as all that attend are at the same management level.
