Introduction

Project is a complex tool that can either support you in your work or cause you frequent problems. This course is designed to develop your planning and tracking skills, and use features in Project to improve your efficiency. If you always wanted to take control of project then this course is for you.
This course will be very useful for existing project managers, or those working on a company project. Discussion about your projects or potential projects can be included in the course. On completion you should feel confident in your ability to use more advanced project functions. Attendance of a MS Project Introduction course is highly recommended.
