Introduction
Most people are familiar with some sort of email system, and may use email on a daily basis. This course is designed for the novice and regular user and will include key features of Microsoft Outlook useful in a busy business environment. Emailing is one part of Microsoft Outlook, however maintaining your calendar, scheduling meetings, working with tasks and notes are other very useful features.
