PRINCE2 Introduction
This course is designed for practising managers, project leaders and project coordinators who wish to gain formal recognition of their skills by taking both the PRINCE2® examinations.

The course will provide you with a complete theoretical and practical understanding of the PRINCE2® project management method and enables you to apply PRINCE2® to business scenarios.

Following the standard syllabus issued by the PRINCE2® Examinations Board, it focuses on the PRINCE2® process model and how this might be applied pragmatically to real projects.

The course is 4.5 days long and includes two exams. The Foundation exam is first and takes place on Thursday followed by the Practitioner exam on Friday morning. This is not a course you should take lightly as you will need evening work to prepare for both exams. We suggest that you focus fully on the course during your time with us to ensure the best result possible. Note: Delegates must pass the Foundation exam before they are allowed to sit the Practitioner exam.
Exam results for 2011: Foundation 99% pass and Practitioner 94.1% pass. Limited to 12 places on all courses with an average of 7 delegates.
Cost £995 plus VAT, includes exam fees, pre-course study guide, PRINCE2 manual, refreshments and buffet lunch.

PRINCE2 Re-registration
The PRINCE2 Examination Board is concerned that Practitioners keep their mastery of PRINCE2 up-to-date. Anyone wishing to retain this qualification has to take a written one-hour re-registration exam to demonstrate that they had kept up an adequate ability to apply the method properly.

Testimonials
Comment: "Just thought you would be interested to know... having invested my own time and money doing the PRINCE2 course with Ipso-Facto, it has now contributed towards getting a new role with a better benefits package, which effectively paid for the course!! It doesn't get better than that really." [Mike]
Comment: "Absolutely excellent, best course I have been on, the quality of tuition was of a very high standard."
Comment: "I found the last teaching session very useful indeed as it pulled together things which I had not grasped. Excellent." BL [NOCS]
Comment:  "A very knowledgable and able tutor who was able to keep an interest running in a potentially very dry subject." [PM - Southampton Uni]
Comment: "Perfect balanced delivery, excellent trainer." DE [NOC Southampton]
Comment: "I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed last week – really intensive and the recommendation for pre-work was spot-on, but you and your team provided a really relaxed and informal atmosphere which struck just the right note when you need to concentrate so hard in class. The trainer was brilliant and if I don’t pass the Practitioner exam it won't be due to the lecturer ….." [LH Sussex Partnership]
