Comment: As a new project manager with little experience, I found the course invaluable. A small course group meant that all delegates mixed and it was an enjoyable experience. Two days well spent. [KC MOD].   Comment: This course was of immense value to me. I came as a complete novice and leave confident about using MS Project. I'm exited about how this can be harnessed and it will greatly help my career. [Mike Hurst  AstorGroup]
Project 1
Introduction
In addition to delivering projects on schedule and within budget, today?s project teams must reduce time to market and cope with rapidly shifting conditions. Microsoft Project is a powerful tool to help you break projects down into manageable parts, identify potential bottlenecks and generate information to keep your projects under control.
This course will be useful to potential project managers, or those working on a company project. Discussion about your projects or potential projects can be included in the course. On completion  you should feel confident in your ability to work with this application and feel comfortable with the terms used in Project.
Microsoft Project 2007 Courses
If you've moved to Project 2007 and experience difficulties using the new interface please ask us for a Project 2007 course.
Course Location
All these courses are regularly run at our training centre at the Solent Business Park, Whiteley, Fareham, Hampshire. Other courses are run at Farnborough and Amesbury near Salisbury.
