It provides delegates with practical guidance on the wider process of administering effective meetings, as well as providing the opportunity to develop skills and confidence in taking accurate and concise minutes. Delegates will consider the full cycle of events leading up to meetings and how best to prepare for them. The skills of listening, note taking and minute writing will be practiced. |
