Comment: Very well organised and content very relevant and useful. I will recommend this course for all staff who are involved with meetings, both arranging and attending. [CR DSTL] Comment: Although I have taken minutes for some time, this course proved useful in making more concise notes, and better preparation for meetings in the future. [DT DSTL]
Minute Taking
Introduction

The design of this Minute Taking course reflects that minute takers can do more than

provide a concise record of the meetings they attend. It provides delegates with practical
