Introduction
This programme of one day courses [1 per month] is specifically designed for the busy Owners, Managers, Team Leaders or Supervisors of small to medium size companies. The series of one day courses are designed to create minimum disruption to your business. They will focus on topics most relevant to the position of a new or existing manager. They will be spread over a six month period allowing time to develop previously learnt skills before the next unit. This is an opportunity for Business Owners, Managers, Team Leaders and Supervisors to develop personal skills that should have a direct impact on their business performance.
This Management Academy programme has been discounted from £1,350.00 to £1,000.00 + VAT per delegate.
Course Aim
- To improve managers' skills in order to make a serious impact on their team and business.

17/02/2011 - Presentation (half day) - For all delegates to deliver a 15 minute presentation on a business case identified at the beginning of the programme
