Modular Management Academy
Introduction
This programme of one day courses [1 per month] is specifically designed for the busy Managers, Team Leaders or Supervisors of small to medium size companies. The series of one day courses are designed to create minimum disruption to your business. They will focus on topics most relevant to the position of a new or existing manager. They will be spread over a four month period allowing time to develop previously learnt skills before the next unit. This is an opportunity for Business Managers, Team Leaders and Supervisors to develop personal skills that should have a direct impact on their business performance.
The Management Academy programme costs £675.00 + VAT per delegate. The fourth project presentation is free.

3 Course Units + Presentation[Unit 1] Managing People Effectiveley - This one day workshop has been designed to improve your understanding of how to manage people effectiveley.[Unit 2] Strategic Management - This course will support your development towards strategic management.[Unit 3] Time Management - This Time Management course is perfect for you if you want to review and improve your management of that important resource - time.
Project Presentation (half day) - For all delegates to deliver a 15 minute presentation on a business case identified at the beginning of the programme
