APMP is the qualification for anyone who has worked within project management for up to two years, such as project office personnel, team members, or recently appointed project officers, or for anyone who has recently taken on project management responsibilities as part of their job. This course is 2 days long and is aimed at delegates who have a good theoretical grasp of the required elements of the APMs Body of Knowledge but would like to sharpen up on some key topics. This course will then lead to the three hour written essay-based APMP paper. The APMP assesses the candidates breadth of knowledge in all areas of project management, from strategic and commercial implications, to the technical, organisational, and people management skills required to participate effectively within a project team. The course is not residential but accommodation can be arranged if required.
