This course will provide you with a clear understanding of Finance in Project Management. It is designed to supplement any current Project Management qualification. This course will help future project managers understand the part they play in early estimating, budget setting and budget management throughout the project lifecycle. Project Financial Management is a process which brings together planning, budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, internal control, auditing, procurement, payments and the physical performance of the project with the aim of managing project resources properly and achieving the project’s objectives.
