Our most popular bundle which includes our PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner plus our PMQ (APM Project Management Qualification) courses. Both qualifications are recognised nationally and internationally. Classroom based courses at our Southampton-Solent venue (between Portsmouth & Southampton).
This is a hugely popular option to gain two project management qualifications. It is recommended that delegates firstly complete the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner course. On achieving a pass in both PRINCE2 exams, delegates can opt to take a shorter 2 hour PMQ exam (standard exam 3hr) as you will not be tested on duplicate content in the reduced PMQ for PRINCE2 exam. Those without a PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification will be required to take the three hour PMQ exam.
Consider taking the PRINCE2 course first and PMQ on completion, so you only have to take the two hour PMQ exam.
Pre-course materials, course manuals and lunch with refreshments are not part of your ELCAS funding.
Bundle 2 is our most popular project management resettlement option. However, we also offer two other bundle options.
Bundle 1: PFQ then PRINCE2
Bundle 3: PFQ then PMQ

To gain two formal qualifications in Project Management for future employment.
By the end of each course you will be in a position to:
The process-based approach – PRINCE2 focuses on key processes needed for successful project management which must be present, but may be ‘tailored’ to reflect the complexity, scope and risks faced by the project. Our PRINCE2 Process Model will be used to help delegates understand and appreciate what should be done to manage each project, why it should be done, and when in the project lifecycle. Key topics include:
Practical Work – Specially written scenarios and comprehensive sets of related tasks help provide a practical application of the method. Practical work includes creating process models, completing tasks related to specific elements of the method such as how the PRINCE2 themes help to apply the PRINCE2 principles as well as a variety of objective test questions. Many tasks are designed to help you ‘link’ the four integrated elements of PRINCE2®; “principles”, “processes”, “themes” and “tailoring”.
This is a knowledge based qualification that allows you to demonstrate your understanding of the 12 core elements of project management. By the end of the course you will be able to demonstrate an understanding of how these elements interact, and how your projects fit into your strategic and commercial environment. PMQ is a qualification recognised both nationally and internationally giving you a qualification that can be carried from one job to another or from one industry to another.
Is the APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) is right for you? PMQ is the second step in the progressive suite of qualifications brought to you by the Association for Project Management (APM) the Chartered body for the project profession.
