Julia is a project management consultant with over 25 years experience. She started her career working for the Automobile Association delivering projects within the membership division. During the mid to late 1980’s she worked for Quest Automation, a company that sold Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing Systems to Eastern Europe. This involved both working on and managing projects from the point of sale through to delivery and training.
Julia spent the best part of 17 years developing IT systems for a wide variety of disciplines from manufacturing, financial management, tourism, the public sector including the NHS and local government. Her time is now spent on a balance of training delivery and consulting on Portfolio, Programme and Project Management.
Julia continues to deliver project management courses “listed below” across the UK and Internationally for both the public and private sector.
