The AgilePM® course aims to address the needs of those working in a project-focused environment who want, or need, to be agile. Agile scheduled courses available in Southampton, Bournemouth and London. Also onsite for groups of 6+.
The course covers the AgilePM certification by APMG and the DSDM Consortium that has been created to sit alongside PRINCE2® as an approach to project management. The course is equally divided between the theory of the new wave of agile project management and the practical experience of the techniques and disciplines involved. You will receive a copy of the Agile Project Management handbook and will sit the Agile Project Management Foundation & Practitioner Exams during the course.

The course is aimed at project managers who are either adding to their knowledge of traditional methods or who are operating in an agile environment and need to be able to run projects in more complex and scalable situations.
Agile Foundation exam at the end of day 2
Agile Practitioner exam at the end of day 4
The practitioner examination is in the “Objective Testing” format of scenario, question and answer booklet.
The foundation examination remains valid and will not expire.
On passing the practitioner exam you are recognized as an ‘AgilePM Registered Practitioner’. You will remain registered for a period of 5 years. To maintain the registered practitioner status you must complete and pass an AgilePM re-registration examination 3-5 years following your initial/previous practitioner certification.
