ELCAS APMG Change Management

The ELCAS APMG Change Management Qualification is offered by IPSO FACTO an accredited training organisation based near Southampton, Hampshire with 25+ years experience. The qualification may be bundled together with other relevant qualifications from our ELCAS schedule to provide a valuable package for future employment. The qualification is split into Foundation and Practitioner levels that can be completed with both exams within one week. The Change Management foundation training and exam will focus on your understanding of the method. While the practitioner element of the course will focus on the application of Change Management.

About the course

Currently all courses are delivered “Live Online” using virtual classrooms. You will be sent an invitation to join the course with instructions before the course start date. There will be plenty of breaks in the morning, lunchtime and afternoon so you can remain focused. You will be encouraged to ask questions and join in discussions during the course.

Our aim is that you fully understand how to use the change management framework in a real environment and to pass both exams. You will get homework sample exam questions each evening which will be reviewed by the trainer every morning. By the time it gets to your exams you should be fully prepared.

Preparation

We’ll send a link to pre-course materials in preparation for the Foundation course with guidance on how much time you should spend studying.

This is an invaluable qualification that will provide you with a framework to manage change in a business environment. It can certainly be a useful framework to use when working in our ever changing world. No prior experience is required.

Step 3:   On receipt of your ELCAS contribution we’ll email joining instructions and a link to pre-course learning materials. Additional pre-course materials will be posted.
