We know how annoying it can be when you book your course, and wait for the day to arrive only to get a phone call saying the course has been cancelled, postponed or rescheduled. Sometimes there can be genuine reasons for this, but not always, and often it can be as simple as unscrupulous providers scheduling ghost courses and venues just to boost their presence in the market place.
Every IPSO FACTO course which has this displayed is guaranteed to run on the date promised. However, if it doesn’t run and we have to reschedule, you will be offered a full and immediate refund if you cannot attend the new scheduled date.
Note: Our policy is not to cancel courses, but sometimes our delegates cancel due to a variety of reasons. When the minimum number of delegates fall below a set level we are forced to reschedule.
